We were given a tight schedule to complete suspended ceiling works in two photography studios. In one area a plasterboard upstand was formed following the line of the existing north light roof, after this was completed we installed both a sloped and flat suspended ceiling. In the other room we installed a flat ceiling, going into a slope which was then sloped again at the very top to bring the finish above the top of the windows.
We have just successfully achieved a higher Herefordshire Property Services Approved Contractor status. Allowing us to carry out a wider range of services for Herefordshire Council.
We installed nearly 700m2 of new suspended ceilings, with a specified Rockfon Scholar tile to aid with good acoustics whilst giving a tough and durable finish. With a lot of small areas and several large areas, including some large sloped areas, this was another ceiling project completed on time and to schedule. We also installed fire barrier above the ceilings, often in awkward locations, to compartmentalise the building.
We originally met with Jaga to discuss new suspended ceilings. After an initial visit to see them though it became clear that we were able to offer them much more than just ceilings. We refurbished the training and display area with new suspended ceilings, plasterboard partitioning, full height glazed partitioning, lighting, power and data installation, decorations, flooring, and new doors and furniture. Jaga sell radiators and as such they wanted to display as many varitions as they could, so we removed all existing radiators from the office and entrance reception and replaced them with newly specified radiators and fitted nearly 40 samples to the walls. We have just finished with the remainder of their offices after completing decorations and floorings to all areas and replacing all existing doors and furniture.
