We have several clients on Moreton Business Park that we have carried out works for including:
- DencoHappel:
- We carried out the original fit out of Denco’s head offices for them through the main contractor; installing suspended ceilings, office partitioning, flooring, decorations, lighting, power and data, mechanical A/C works, joinery pieces.
- We also carried out a sub-division of a warehouse for Denco, creating a dividing 60 minute fire wall varying in height between 6m and 10m. We taped and filled and decorated this. At the same time we created new offices, training space, toilets, and a canteen for them.
- M&M Direct:
- Working through another contractor we have created warehouse offices for M&M at Moreton, comprising of; partitioning with double glazed with blinds modules, suspended ceilings, new doors, and complete decoration to our work.
- Direct for M&M we have carried out fire rated partition work complete with 60 minute door sets, created office space and installed ceilings.
- Unit A:
- For an incoming tenant we created new office space in their warehouse, requiring a bespoke steel frame, with fire rated partitioning, new office ceilings, new toilets, kitchen, and covering all power and mechanical works.
