We are a locally based office fit out contractor; we create, alter, and amend office space for our Rotherwas Industrial Estate based customers.
Our works range from providing single suspended ceilings, or office partitions, all the way to complete offices.
We can help you with everything from simply refreshing your existing offices, creating a small meeting room or office, to taking an empty warehouse or industrial unit to fully functioning live offices over multiple floors.
You won’t have to worry about dealing with multiple contractors – we will carry out all of the work for you, liaising and managing all of the required trades.
We have a wide range of existing Rotherwas Industrial Estate clients, and have carried out fit out works for clients in the new Skylon Park business park area as well.

Eyewitness Protection – We turned an empty industrial unit into working offices for Eyewitness Protection. We carried out heating alterations, installed ceilings, partitions, joinery work, decorations and floorings.[/one-half][one-half-first]
Minimal Risk – We created a meeting room for Minimal Risk, some room dividing partitions, installed an acoustic ceiling throughout their main office area and meeting room, carried out decorations and new installed new flooring.[/one-half-first][one-half]
Bathgate Flooring – We have carried out a large amount of office fit out and refurbishment work for Bathgate Flooring. TRP Sealing Systems – We created TRP 3 new offices, and a meeting room. We installed new half glazed partitioning for them, acoustic treatments to one wall, floorings, decorations and hung new doors.[/one-half-first][one-half]
Arctic Circle – We refurbished the reception area and toilets for Artic circle. Involving decorations, floorings, ceilings, washroom cubicles, and plumbing. [/one-half][one-half-first]
Clean My .biz – We installed a new insulated office ceiling for Mark at CleanMy, working around their staff.[/one-half-first][one-half]
Tech Hose – We carried out a selection of refurbishment works for Tech Hose to help them improve the look of their Rotherwas offices.[/one-half]
