We’re an experienced contractor, and work directly for companies as well as a sub-contractor to other construction companies.

Example Project:

We carried out an office fitout / refurbishment for Tavistock Investments, following on from another project for them. They had found some office space in Cheltenham on Lansdown Road that would suit them, but it wasn’t quite right. So we helped them turn it into office space that they could use.

We installed new acoustic suspended ceilings throughout, with tiles to suit the new office space.
Into the new ceilings we installed 600×600 LED lighting, complete with emergency lighting where it was required.
Acoustic partitioning was used to create 3No. new offices, and a new meeting room.
Into the partitioning we installed new Oak veneer timber doors.
Complete decoration throughout. Top to bottom emulsion to the walls, and eggshell to the woodwork.
New carpet tiles were installed throughout the groundfloor, with the first floor being in good condition.
Works to the existing power and data; these included new floor boxes, power and data points.
Project managed the installation of a new security alarm.
