Non-slip safety flooring provides a slip-resistant surface to your floor that helps users maintain footing even when it’s wet or greasy. Safety floorings come with a range of slip resistance ratings (shown as ‘R’ values on datasheets) which are generally between R10 – R12, with the lower end being general commercial use and the higher levels specialist floors designed for high risk areas such as kitchens.
A vinyl safety floor also offers high levels of hygiene, with a strong impervious sheet, hot welded joints, and the ability to cap and cove the skirting detail there are no places for germs or moisture to collect (when a good cleaning regime is in place).
Our non slip floors are from well respected manufacturers and come with long warranties on their durability and can withstand foot traffic all the way up to trolleys and equipment. The length of time the flooring is designed for depends on the product chosen and how well it is maintained; all non slip safety floors are easy to maintain with clear cleaning instructions available.
