A hygienic ceiling is a requirement in many areas such as food processing or manufacturing, catering, laboratories (clean rooms), medical settings (such as doctors, dentists, or hospitals).
Depending upon the scenario of the space, there are various levels of hygienic ceiling tiles available:
- Wipeable vinyl faced tiles
- Anti-bacterial (anti-microbial) coated tiles.
- Fully encapsulated, fully washable, tiles.
We’re an experienced ceiling contractor and work alongside reputable manufacturers and are able to offer a range of ceiling system soutions; from budget to very high performance.
We can price against an existing specification, or can survey and propose the best solution for your needs.
Whether you’re after a relatively simple wipeable ceiling panel for a kitchen, or a C3 or C4 level grid system with a humidity resistance and washable tile (that can be cleaned from the floor) for a production of hygienic area – we’re able to help.
We are able to supply ceilings from a range of manufacturers such as Armstrong, Rockfon, or Ecophon.
A number of the systems and tiles that can be supplied and fitted also have the added effect of aiding acoustics (they can be Class A sound absorption rated); helping improve the working environment for the users of the space.
Some examples of the systems available include Armstrong Bioguard, Rockfon Hygienic, and the Ecophon Hygiene range.
We’re also able to offer a range of related services; including hygienic wall lining cladding systems (these can be fully thermoformed to all corners with welded joints for a seamless finish), and hygienic flooring. We’re able to offer a wide range of interior fit out services, so please do get in touch.
